• All orders require 50% of the quoted figure to be paid before work begins

• All websites and branding will be handed over to you once payment has been received in full

• Once an order has been placed we ask that you respond to our emails in a timely manner

• Refunds cannot be given on time already spent on your project

• Refunds cannot be issued if you decide not to go ahead with the project

• We will write to you via email to confirm the scope of the work you would like us to undertake. Anything requested outside of scope will be charged separately

• By purchasing a website from us you agree that it is your responsibility to continue to pay any third-party fees to keep your website live

• Any price changes or feature changes made by any third-party are out of our control and we accept no responsibility
